DAVID LAVALLEE

 

David launched CPR & Safety Classes of Rhode Island to share his skills and passion in advancing the training of others to protect and save lives. David is a 25 year veteran of the Providence Fire Department retiring with the rank of Fire Lieutenant. He is currently a Firefighter/EMT-C with the East Greenwich Fire Dept. assigned to an ALS engine company. To add to his qualifications in the field of safety training,  he is a  Registered Nurse. David was also an EMT-B instructor at The Community College Rhode Island.

David and the CPR & Safety Classes of RI staff have been providing superior customer service and quality training to all clients for over 21 years.

DAVID LAVALLEE

  Fernando is a lead instructor for CPR & Safety Classes of RI, LLC. He is a Nationally Registered Paramedic. He started in the Emergency Medicine field in 2001. Since then he has worked in such areas such as private ambulance, volunteer fire department, and teaching. He has been on the Providence Fire Department since April 2008 and currently holds the position of Rescue Lieutenant and is the current EMS Coordinator for the department. Teaching is his passion and first started as an educator back in 2005. He currently teaches at Roger Williams University where he is a lead instructor doing lectures for EMT, Cardiac, and Paramedic along with the practical skills labs that go along with each course. He is a RI State Instructor Coordinator and a Nationally Licensed Level 2 Instructor thru NAEMSE (National Association of EMS Educators).

GREG DICOMITIS

Greg currently serves as the Providence Fire Department's training officer assigned to the Division of Training. He is a RI licensed Emergency Medical Technician - Cardiac. He served in the rescue division, was assigned to several of the Departments ALS engines and has been with the Department for 30 years.
